Return & Exchange
EXCHANGE:
An exchange will only occur in an unlikely situation where a defective or incorrect outfit has been sent to the customer. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
In case of an exchange, the customer must ship the outfit back to Kryaa within 5 days of receiving the outfit, otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Exchange policy
Kryaa allows returns of defective items bought online provided the items are in their original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and unstitched with original tags and packaging.
For eligible returns, customers should contact our customer service center. To be able to make a return, customers must provide us with their online order number along with a valid reason for return within five (5) days of receiving their order. After 5 days, the request will not be accepted.
The customer must choose a replacement outfit from our E-Store. Depending upon the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
KYRAA does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at “kyraa.online@gmail.com" or can call us at +923132925753 along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. KYRAA has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
